I. Overview

The CAKJ-XHB-32CM Touchscreen Voice Alarm Device is a centrally managed microcomputer signal alarm system specifically designed for power plant and substation signaling systems. Featuring a 7-inch touchscreen for display and operation, it offers strong anti-interference capability, simple operation, easy installation, and minimal maintenance.

This highly intelligent product is widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and coal industries for power and industrial automation monitoring and signal alarming.

II. Functional Features

1. Operation & Display

• Touchscreen Interface: Equipped with an LCD touchscreen on the panel; supports power-on self-test (POST).

• Control Functions: Features Test, Acknowledge (Accept), Silence, and Reset functions. These can be operated via touchscreen buttons or external terminals.

• Acknowledgment Modes: Supports both manual and automatic acknowledgment. The automatic acknowledgment time is configurable from 0 to 200 seconds.

2. Signal & Alarm Customization

• Alarm Type Differentiation: Capable of distinguishing between Accident signals, Warning signals, and Position signals.

• Visual Color-Coding: Automatically assigns colors based on the alarm type for enhanced visibility:

  • 🔴 Red: Accident signals

  • 🟢 Green: Warning signals

  • 🟡 Yellow: Position signals

• Customizable Names: The name of each channel’s alarm signal can be inputted and modified on-site.

• Signal Delay: Features a configurable alarm delay time ranging from 0 to 9999 ms.

3. Input & Logic Settings

• Input Signal Types: * Transient Type: Triggers an alarm when the signal connects; clears when it disconnects.

  • Maintained Type: Triggers an alarm when the signal connects; remains in alarm status even after disconnection until manually reset.

• NO/NC Selection: For each signal, the trigger logic can be configured as Normally Open (NO) to Normally Closed (NC) (Default), or Normally Closed (NC) to Normally Open (NO).

• Enable/Mask Status: Each channel can be individually enabled or masked (when masked, the device will not respond to incoming alarms on that channel).

4. Audio & Output Signals

• Internal Buzzer: Emits distinct sounds for Accident and Warning signals; remains silent for Position signals. The buzzer can be enabled or masked.

• External Alarm Contacts: Equipped with audio alarm output contacts for both Accident and Warning signals to trigger external sirens or bells (can be enabled or masked).

• Voice Broadcast: Includes a voice output interface to enable spoken alarm announcements via external speakers.

5. Connectivity & Telemetry

• Telemetry Output Contacts: Includes output contacts for power loss, as well as summary telemetry output contacts for Accidents and Warnings.

• Digital Communication: Equipped with an RS485 serial communication interface supporting the MODBUS protocol.
