Changan Technology Launches CAKJ-BLD200 Series Phase-Ground Short Circuit Protection Device
Xuchang Changan Technology has officially released the CAKJ-BLD200 series phase-ground short circuit protection device, designed for 400V-690V low-voltage power distribution systems to solve hidden dangers such as line grounding short circuits, tripping across circuits and equipment damage.
Conventional switches respond slowly to phase-ground short circuits and often cut off power to the whole circuit, leading to mass production shutdowns in factories and parks. Equipped with high-precision zero-sequence acquisition modules, this device monitors leakage current of 1-8 circuits simultaneously, captures weak grounding fault signals in real time, and supports graded early warning and millisecond-level rapid tripping. It only cuts off faulty branches without full-circuit power failure, minimizing economic losses.
The device allows free setting of current thresholds and action delays, suitable for industrial plants, data centers and key projects. It supports DIN rail mounting and RS485 remote communication for centralized monitoring. With outstanding anti-interference capability, it runs stably under humid and high-electromagnetic-interference environments, building a layered safety barrier for low-voltage power distribution networks.
